There are three problems. Only three.

I read every reply people send me. Thousands now, over two years. I have been reading the same three the whole time.

One. You keep looking for a new niche. You pick one. You send for a week. Nothing comes back. So you decide the pick was wrong and go find another one.

Two. You can build fine, and you freeze on the ask. The thing is good. Then you have to type a number to a stranger, and suddenly there is something else to do.

Answers before you join.

Nobody has ever paid me for this. Is it too early?+

That is who this is built for. The whole thing is aimed at the first payment, not the tenth. You do not need a product picked out either: if you cannot name what you sell, the Execution Tracks hand you four businesses to pick from. What you do need is real hours for asking.

How much time does this take?+

CONTENT is the heaviest lane: a hundred minutes a day, and one piece published. OUTREACH and ADS are shorter, because the squad writes and sends and you approve. Under all three sits the floor, 5.5 outreach and a four-line post a day. You pick the lane after the warm week, so you know which of those you are signing up for before you commit to it.

Why pay when your YouTube is free?+

Every lesson in the classroom becomes a free episode. The free half has to be good or nobody shows up for the paid half. What a video cannot do is get installed on your laptop, open your price sheet and tell you the middle row is wrong, or read your week and tell you the leak is the call and not the message. You pay for the installed system, my eyes on your work at hot seats twice a week (at least 24 inside your term), the thread.

What do you do, and what do I do?

Execution Squad is a business education program. We do not sell a business opportunity, a franchise, or a "get rich quick" system, and we make no earnings claims. Three. You know there is a problem worth solving, but not what you are selling. So you research, and research has no bottom.

Here is what those three share. Not one of them stopped because it failed. Nobody told me their thing did not work. They told me they could not tell yet.

You do not quit. You go looking for the missing piece.

So you buy something. Ninety seven dollars. A hundred and ninety seven. A community, then a bigger one. I know people who have paid five figures for a room, because they end up in mine afterwards.

Refa spent ten and a half thousand dollars on AI courses before he found me. Nothing to show for it.

The money is the smaller half. The bigger half is time. Every one of those bought you a new place to be busy, and it feels like progress, because learning feels exactly like moving. You can lose a year that way.

Refa ran what is further down this page. Ninety executions, two paying customers. He did not need an eleventh course. He needed ninety executions.

I am not standing outside this problem.

A slide from my deck, I scaled into AI education: on stage at the AI conference in Seoul, the Futureflow AI channel, teaching a room of designers, and the revenue dashboard. 40K subscribers, 1,400 community members.
Three Weekly Hot Seats on Zoom with members in the grid, and the conference stage in Seoul.
The UX and product designers from Samsung and LG I taught, in a group photo after the session.
The agency portfolio: the apps and websites we designed and shipped for clients, laid out on two screens.

I was a designer first. Serious enough that I got on a plane to San Francisco to show people a website I had made and ask how it was. Remember that. I flew across a country to ask how it was. I never once asked anyone whether they would pay for it.

So I built software for designers. Six months of my life. Zero users. Not because I was bad at it. I was sure, and being sure is exactly what stopped me asking. Pride is what stopped me asking. It died on my laptop.

Then I did the opposite. I sold a website for $2,997 before I knew how to build one. Three hundred cold emails a day, about 350 of them to get one yes. I learned the tool after the contract was signed. That agency went to $50,000 a month, solo.

Then I taught it. Fourteen hundred people paid me, $60,000 a month. Ninety two percent finished the course. Seven percent did anything with it. Most courses sit under one to two percent, so I was three to seven times better than the industry. I shut it down anyway, and I was the one getting paid when they learned.

They get paid when you learn. That is why nobody teaches you to sell.

Chris Lee

I run an AI web agency, grew 53,000 subscribers across two YouTube channels in three years, taught Samsung and LG designers to design with AI, and ran a 2,000-person AI conference in Seoul. Everything in here is what I run on my own clients.

One warm week. Then one lane, for a hundred days.

One warm week, then one lane held a hundred days: OUTREACH, a hundred reach-outs a day; CONTENT, a hundred minutes a day and one piece published; ADS, a hundred dollars a day, shut until money is coming in.

Week one is warm. The people already in your phone. The squad builds the list, researches every name and writes every draft. You send them by hand.

Then you pick one lane. OUTREACH is a hundred reach-outs a day. CONTENT is a hundred minutes a day with one piece published. ADS is a hundred dollars a day, and it stays shut until money is already coming in.

Pick one. Run three and you are a beginner in three.

One rule. It is why any of this works.

Once you pick the lane, you hold it a hundred days before you change anything.

A quiet first week is not a result. That is the whole difference between someone a year in with nothing and someone with three clients. One held the lane. The other kept restarting it.

Execution Squad is that lane, with the scary part carried for you.

The squad does the list, the research, every draft, the follow-ups, the reply sorting, the infrastructure, the sequences, the mining, the packaging, the script, the deck, the cut, the publish, the creative, the setup and the reporting. One box is yours: you send, by hand, ten a day, that only.

You do not fail to sell because you lack a template. You fail because sending the message risks a no. So the squad does the thing you keep avoiding. It attacks the market for you and takes the rejection for you.

We do all of it. One thing is yours: you send. That is the part that scares you, and that is the part we cannot do for you.

WARM is by hand on purpose. It is the most painful route and the fastest one, and it is the moment that changes you. After that the squad carries the lane, and the sending stays yours.

The stack. Everything inside, in this order.

The classroom: GENESIS, OUTREACH, CONTENT, ADS and the Execution Tracks, each tile a Renaissance fresco with a progress bar under it.

The classroom. Four modules, and the Execution Tracks.

GENESIS
Install the squad, then talk to people who already know you. Your offer comes out of what they said. The sales lesson and your lane pick are in here too.
OUTREACH
The cold lane. We build the list, run the infrastructure and send. You approve, and you send by hand.
CONTENT
Record once a week. We mine what is winning, package it, write the script, build the deck, cut it and publish.
ADS
After your first client. We mine the ads already winning in your market and make the creative. You approve the budget.
Execution Tracks
Four businesses I ran on camera, one track each: the web agency, the content agency, the ads agency, the outreach agency. For when you cannot name what you sell yet. Pick one; its offer document is the first row.
The member calendar: a Weekly Hot Seat every Monday and every Thursday, with the replay archive below.

Weekly Hot Seat, twice a week.

Monday and Thursday at 10am Pacific. Your stuck line is the agenda. Every session is recorded and kept in the replay archive, so you can check any of them any time.

The thread: an announcement from Chris, then member questions with their answers underneath.

The thread.

Post the question. It gets an answer inside 48 hours, and the other members are in there with you, building the same week you are.

The Templates drawer: cold email, LinkedIn DM, warm intro, creative outreach and follow-up templates, with the cold email page open.

Templates.

Every message I send. Cold email, DM, warm intro, follow-up. Copy one, swap the names, send it.

The Niche Browser: a hundred winning niches and a hundred failed ones, each row a company, its model, its category and its revenue.

Niche Browser.

A hundred niches that paid someone. A hundred that died. Pick one and stop shopping.

One lesson open in the Execution Tracks: the 3D AI Websites episode, the Jude website specialist download under it, and the notes below.

We do all of it. The list, the research on each person, the drafts, the follow-up schedule, the reply sorting, the packaging, the publishing. One thing is yours: you send. That is the part that scares you, and that is the part we cannot do for you. In OUTREACH you send by hand and approve the rest. In CONTENT you record. In ADS you approve the budget.

Is this a subscription?+

Yes. $897 per 180 days, about $150 a month, and it renews every 180 days. To stop the next renewal, turn it off in your settings before the renewal date; your access runs to the end of the term you paid for. There are no refunds: everything is open to you the moment you pay. One thing to know before you stop: come back later and you pay the price listed that day. Your old price does not return.

Is there a guarantee?+

No. Results differ by person, and I would rather say that than promise you a first client. What is certain: the newest skills every season, built so you can apply them the easiest way, a squad that does the parts you find hardest, and updates for as long as you are in.

Get paid for what you already build.

The door is open at the price listed today. The rebuilt squad launches Monday, September 7, first hot seat 10am Pacific, and your 180 days start the day you pay. At member 101 it is $1,097, and it never comes back down.

No guarantee, no refund. Results differ by person; the newest skills, the easiest way to apply them, and a squad that does the hard parts do not.
